I figured I'd create these Weekly Emails I call Monday Motivational Minute because Mondays are historically the roughest days, and a minute . . . well because you're very busy people. In these, I'll add creative, quick, actionable takeaways for you to try (All in a minute read). No pressure, no need to respond, read at your leisure or unsubscribe if it doesn't add value.

Happy Almost Friday,

After months of sending out our Monday Motivational Minute emails (click here to see past MMMs) and connecting with Executive Directors, I've shared a few AI strategies that left people saying, "Ughh, that would've saved me hours last week when …"

Several of you have asked for deeper AI training specifically for nonprofit operations. So I'm doing something I've never done before. I'm hosting a free, in-person workshop where I'll share individually catered AI strategies that have genuinely transformed how I run my company, and do the work of 10 people, by myself: no gate keeping; full transparency.

I got this idea after an ED told me that she wasted $300 to have someone teach her team about AI for an hour, and she was not impressed.

This will be free, two hours, completely tailored to you, plus complimentary beer and wine because you deserve it. And this isn't a "What is ChatGPT 101", it's the real stuff that saves me 10+ hours a week on real tasks. I'll even ask you, “what is the hardest or most time-consuming thing you're dealing with now”, and we'll brainstorm AI solution for you in real time.

  • Donor communication strategies that'll blow your mind.

  • Tech talk and automation, for non-tech people (seriously, this alone is worth coming)

  • Budget analysis shortcuts

  • Staff meeting prep in 5 minutes

  • Ideas that would take your marketing to the next level
