Happy Monday Motivational Minute, 

LET'S TALK ABOUT AUTOMATION and how you can start automating the boring, repetitive tasks sucking and draining your soul....(Sorry…for being a bit melodramatic 🫣) 

It must be hard to be you. You have this amazing work serving people, making real-life changes, but boring operational stuff keeps stopping you. That must SUCK!

An email, a grant, a board update shouldn't stand between you and the real mission work. 

I get it. These tasks must be done. But both truths can exist at once: they're necessary AND they're stealing your impact time. 

So, if you're down, let's automate the boring stuff. 

The amazing news is that Microsoft Copilot 365 and Google Gemini created an AI automation program that can talk to their whole suite of tools. Word talks to Excel, which talks to Outlook via Copilot. Same for Google's ecosystem with Gemini. (Disclosure: Your account admin has to provide the access)

I know, I know; "But WHERE and HOW, Regis?" 

Actionable Task: Start Automating in just 2 Minutes 

FOR MICROSOFT COPILOT 365 USERS:
1. Open Copilot AI chat
2. Look to the left sidebar
3. Click "Agent Mode"
4. Select "Workflows" 

FOR GEMINI USERS:
1. Open Gmail
2. Find the Gemini Workspace Logo at the top (Next to the Gemini Logo)
3. Click it 

NEXT STEP FOR BOTH:
When you get there, you'll see pre-built automation tasks already created for you. 

Review them and click any to activate instant automation. 

As simple as that!

In a future post, I'll show you how to create custom automations from scratch. But for now, start with these ready-made solutions. 

Remember: The world needs your heart, your vision, your ability to see people others overlook. Automation doesn't replace your value, it protects it by freeing you to do what only humans can: transform lives through authentic connection.
