Ever wish you could automate boring tasks?

With so much uncertainty, I wanted to find a way to add value to you, non-profit leaders, with no intent to sell you anything here. I figured I'd create these Weekly Emails I call Monday Motivational Minute because Mondays are historically the roughest days, and a minute . . . well because you're very busy people. In these, I'll add creative, quick, actionable takeaways for you to try (All in a minute read). No pressure, no need to respond, read at your leisure or unsubscribe if it doesn't add value.

Happy "Grateful to be Alive" Monday,
Question…. Have you ever sat back and randomly wondered, "Boy, as a nonprofit Executive, do I wish I could automate boring tasks even though I have zero programming and computer engineering skills?"
Me toooo!
And then logically concluded afterwards, "Well, Clearly Google must have figured this out for us,"
......wow, you're absolutely spot on! 😉
And lastly thought, “oh yeah, it has to be 100% free, times are rough “
Ok Ms Cleo, Are you a psychic?!?!
Listen, many of you skip posting on social media because it's an insane amount of tedious work with questionable ROI, but you admit, consistent posting could strengthen your donor relationships and organizational branding.
Apparently, Google heard you wishing upon a star and built Opal, a completely non-technical way to automate your most boring tasks. No coding required, no Computer Science degree needed.
Picture this: While you're focused on changing lives, your social media posts being fully generated with one click; images and all. Meanwhile, other EDs are still manually crafting posts at midnight wondering why they have no life.
Actionable Task: Test Google's automation magic today:
Step 1: Sign into https://opal.withgoogle.com/landing/ with your Google account
Step 2: Click "Start"
Step 3: Type: "Create social media posts that donors would love to read and want to engage with for my organization"
Step 4: Watch the automation magic happen Step 5: Tweak as needed and automate other repetitive tasks
Remember: Your time is the most valuable resource you can't afford to waste. Smart automation isn't lazy, it's strategic.
FYI, social media is just a small piece. Prepare to be wowed. You're not in Kansas anymore 😉

P.S. Know another ED holding it all together with grit and grace? Forward this their way. We’re not meant to lead alone, and together, we go farther.
