Michelle Miller rated the value of this email to You, a 10/10

With so much uncertainty, I wanted to find a way to add value to you, non-profit leaders. I figured I'd create these Weekly Emails I call Monday Motivational Minute because Mondays are historically the roughest days, and a minute . . . well because you're very busy people. In these, I'll add creative, quick, actionable takeaways for you to try (All in a minute read). No pressure, no need to respond, read at your leisure or unsubscribe if it doesn't add value.(Challenge Accepted ☺️)

Happy Mondayyyy!

HUDDLE UP REAL QUICK, my goal with these emails is to never gatekeep and spill all my secrets to you for free so you can ultimately serve more people. And if I've earned enough trust, hopefully you'll hire me, as your AI Consultant, to help save you even more money and time by leveraging AI... But this isn't about me.

Today I'm super excited to share a two-part secret sauce you won't find anywhere else; call this my Sweet Baby Rays.😋

Today, I'm introducing you to my boss, Michelle Miller. She tells me which emails you'd find high-value, helped me go viral multiple times (one post got 300+ reactions on LinkedIn), and she's growing traffic to my website because of high-value blog posts that resonate with YOU so much.

Alright, confession time: Michelle Miller is YOU! She's an AI profile I created that talks and thinks exactly like a nonprofit Executive Director. I run everything by her, and she rates my content out of 10, meaning I only publicly share content that scores 10/10.

"Okay Regis, what does this have to do with ME?" Great question!… Thank you for asking...

What if you could create "William Fence" your perfect multi-year donor? You could run newsletters by him and ask if he finds them valuable. You could test social media posts with him. You could even ask him to design the perfect event that would get him to donate. Trust me, this works!

If you're a fan of my content, YOU'RE the proof that this strategy works.

Picture this power: Before sending that fundraising email to 5,000 donors, you ask William Fence if it resonates. He tells you exactly what's missing, what feels off, and what would make HIM open his wallet. You adjust, send, and watch donations skyrocket.

This week we'll create William. Next week, I'll show you how to truly leverage him as your ultimate donor insight tool.

Actionable Task: Build Your Perfect Donor Profile "William Fence"

Step 1: Go to your AI chatbot and use this prompt:

"I want to create a detailed profile of my perfect donor named William Fence. Ask me all questions needed to build this profile, including:
• Demographics (age, income, location, profession)
• Values and causes they care about
• Which social media platforms they use most
• What motivates them to donate"

Step 2: Create a Project (ChatGPT) or Gem (Gemini) titled "William Fence "

Step 3: Fill out the Project/Gem with information from the profile you created. Start with: "I want you to BE William Fence, my organization's perfect donor..."

Step 4 (Optional): Attach documents as brain references. For example, I added an ED job description for Michelle. Could you add past donor surveys, successful fundraising appeals, or donor testimonials for William? If not, no worries!

Step 5: "He's Alive!... He's Aliiiive!" (Frankenstein voice)
Start talking to William Fence. Ask him questions.

Remember: AI isn't replacing human connection, it's revealing what makes human connection possible. When you use it strategically, suddenly you understand the unspoken needs, hidden fears, and silent hopes of people you're trying to reach.

See you next week when I show you how to TRULY leverage William!

Thank you, Michelle Miller, for making this content 10/10.

P.S. Know another NPO leader holding it all together with grit and grace? If you find value in this, pay it forward. Forward this their way. We’re not meant to lead alone, and together, we go farther.
