The Little AI Engine That Could (plot twist)

With so much uncertainty, I wanted to find a way to add value to you, non-profit leaders, with no intent to sell you anything here. I figured I'd create these Weekly Emails I call Monday Motivational Minute because Mondays are historically the roughest days, and a minute . . . well because you're very busy people. In these, I'll add creative, quick, actionable takeaways for you to try (All in a minute read). No pressure, no need to respond, read at your leisure or unsubscribe if it doesn't add value.

Happy Magical Monday!

GATHER 'ROUND, boys and girls, for a tech fairy tale with a plot twist....

Once upon a time in Silicon Valley land, Little Google Gemini struggled to understand,

While ChatGPT and Claude raced ahead with ease, Poor Gemini huffed, "I think I can, please!"

The tech world laughed, "You're too far behind!" "Chat GPT's the leader, the best we can find!"

While other EDs paid $20 each month, Gemini whispered, "I'll prove I'm enough!"

Then one magical day, the engine broke through, and Gemini emerged with capabilities new,

Now ED's coast to coast, Discover Gemini's become the GOAT (Greatest Of All Time, for those not hip),

Free access to power, and that was all she wrote.

Uhhh, Ok, that was a lot (look I'm trying to entertain you this exhausting Monday Morning..If you smiled once then that's a win 😋)

Here's the non-Dr. Seuss truth: Although there's a paid version, Google Gemini came from behind the pack and now offers premium AI features completely free, deep research (limited but great), Access to Google Suite (Google drive, Docs, Sheets), Can analyze your Google Drive and find information for you, Can explain a YouTube video in details for you, and an amazing mobile app with Google Live.

Actionable Task: Try the little engine that could:

  1. Step 1: Go to gemini.google.com (completely free)

  2. Step 2: Ask it to provide detailed notes for you on a high-value YouTube video that a fellow ED has recommended, but you have not had time to sit down and watch.

  3. Step 3: What do you think?

Remember: Competition breeds excellence, but only if you're willing to shop around. Don't marry the first tool you meet; date, kiss a few frogs, and find the one that truly serves your mission.

Life too short ,and so is time, and sometimes you just need a nice fun rhyme.🥰😋

P.S. Know another ED holding it all together with grit and grace? Forward this their way. We’re not meant to lead alone, and together, we go farther.
